The Promenade welcomes all seafood enthusiasts with the sumptuous “Oyster & Lobster Soirée” Oceanic Feast Dinner Buffet starting from September, two types of popular French and Irish Oysters are featured at the live shucked oyster station. To elevate the taste of oyster, our Executive Chef has prepared a series of hot oyster dishes like Deep-fried Batter Oyster in Typhoon Shelter Style, Baked Oyster in Port Wine, Tempura Oyster and Oyster Kilpatrick.
Delight your taste buds with tantalizing dishes such as Stir-fried Fresh Lobster with Ginger and Scallion, Braised Abalone with Teriyaki Sauce, Braised Fish Maw, Pan-fried Duck Liver, Roasted Eel, Roasted Prime Beef with Bone, Assorted Cold Seafood and Premium Sashimi like Argentine Red Shrimp, Hokkaido Scallop and Hamachi. Guests can also enjoy various delicate desserts, like Yogurt Cake, Strawberry White Peach Roll, Durian Cake, Mango Napoleon and over 10 flavours of Mövenpick Ice-cream for an end of this feast!
