This November, The Promenade invites guests to dive into a spectacular culinary celebration with the launch of the “Seafood Feast of Glory” Deluxe Dinner Buffet. Guests can savour a curated selection of sport-themed gourmet dishes, including Braised Pork Ribs with Lotus Root and Abalone, Stir-fried Spicy Beef Fillet, and the indulgent Ginger Milk Curd with Bird’s Nest.
Seafood lovers, take note! The highly anticipated Fresh Shucked Oysters are making a grand return. Guests will also be thrilled by an array of chilled ocean treasures such as Snow Crab Legs, Matsuba Crab, and Edible Crab. Japanese favourites such as premium sashimi and delicacies like Hokkaido Scallop, Roasted Eel, and Crab Legs Tempura are not to be missed. For international flair, dishes like Stir-fried Fresh Lobster with Ginger and Scallion, Pan-fried Duck Liver, Roasted Prime Beef with Bone, and New Zealand Lamb Rack are all-time favourites.
