Taking the job, you are required to:

• Welcome and greetings to all guests arriving hotel via hotel main entrance area
• Assist guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins and check-outs
• Assist at the Concierge counter and ensure all guest requests met with satisfaction
• Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels and letters kept at Concierge for guests
