Details: This month at The Promenade’s buffet, the main feature is oysters. Our chefs has prepared some tasty variations including Oyster Florentine, Oyster brochettes and Oyster Shooter. What’s more, guests may select an oyster and have it freshly shucked right in front of their eyes.
