Harbour Grand Kowloon takes you on ‘A Journey through France’
You are invited to join Harbour Grand Kowloon as we take you on a ‘Journey through France’. During the months of April and May our French Executive Chef has prepared a variety of French specialties and classics alike. Heralding from around the many regions of France, all with their own specialties, this is a tasty journey you do not want to miss.
French classics and specialties will be featured at both The Promenade and Waterfront Bar & Terrace with a delightful selection of pastries on offer at Corner Café. Expect classic dishes such as Onion Soup and Quiche Lorraine or entrees such as Duck Confit, Burgandy Snails, Coq au Vin or Sole Meuniere. Naturally, no meal is complete without dessert. Satisfy your sweet tooth with classic Crème Caramel, Tarte aux Citron or something a little more decadent; Grand Marnier Souffle.
What’s more? Customers can stop by our French counter to pick up some delectable bites to enjoy at home. Items include: Duck terrine with green peppercorn, Cassoulet, Susage lentil and Michel Lynch red and white wine.
