The Promenade presents a series of special dishes made with precious ingredients and a dazzling array of seafood and sakura delicacies starting from April, including Braised Abalone with Sakura and Teriyaki Sauce, Stir-Fried Fresh Lobster with Ginger and Scallion, Grilled Miso Cod Fish with Sakura, Grilled Wagyu Beef Tongue in Teriyaki Sauce, Braised Fish Maw, Sakura Tamagoyaki, Assorted Cold Seafood and Premium Sashimi. Guests can also enjoy various delicate desserts, like Sakura Yogurt Cake, Strawberry Mochi and Sakura Chiffon Cake, Mango Napoleon and Mövenpick Ice-cream for an end of this feast!
