The Promenade, Harbour Grand Kowloon’s famous lobby restaurant complete with fabulous harbour views, is celebrating Japan’s Sakura Festival throughout the month of April and May.
Our expert Chef’s is adding something cherry-blossom-inspired to the lavish buffet selection. Try the Sushi blended with Sakura or the JA Rice Onigiri which is filled with dried shrimps and Sakura. Visit the live cooking station and try other Japanese specialties including, Shrimp Tempura deep-fried in crispy Kirin Beer-batter, and Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki, a soupy dish with assorted mushrooms and vegetables cooked in a light Kikkoman broth.
The dessert table is a selection of sweet delights which reflects the colour of cherry blossoms and the spring season. Make sure to leave room for Sakura mousse puff and Sake Sakura jelly.
