The Promenade: Seafood Dinner Buffet

Seafood is much adored in Chinese cuisine. As such, we are featuring seafood alongside our international dinner buffet this month. Highlights include: Whole Icelandic langoustine and scallop soup, Baked sea whelks with Chinese pearl barley and potato, Braised whole abalone in teriyaki sauce, and more.
