Harbour Grill - Domaine de la Vougeraie Wine Dinner

Hong Kong, 4 October 2010 - Harbour Grill of Harbour Grand Kowloon together with Watson’s Wine Wholesale will stage a five-course wine dinner on Tuesday 19 October, 2010 in association with Domaine de la Vougeraie.   

Ms Sylvie Poillot, Sales Manager of Domaine de la Vougeraie will share her experience and introduce the wines through the course of the dinner which will be served with a tantalising five-course menu especially prepared for the evening.  Each item on the menu is matched with a wine that brings to the palate a blossoming experience of exquisite French flavours elevated by beautifully crafted wines.

Domaine de la Vougeraie

Wine and Burgundy have always had an inseparable bond and the Domaine de la Vougeraie can be found at the heart of it.  The Domaine de La Vougeraie was created in 1999, but its history goes back to 1964 and the family’s first vines, “Les Evocelles” at the north of Gevrey-Chambertin.

The symbolic vintage of 1999 was the first to bear the new estate’s name on the label. Staying true to the Cistercian spirit which hung over the first vintners, so long ago The Domaine de La Vougeraie starts from the vine, continues in the cellar, and carries on far beyond in the pleasure of tasting.

Like each of us, their wines are whole entities; deep yet joyous, straightforward but complex, in a word: Authentic.

The evening will kick off with a cocktail reception at 7.30pm followed by dinner at 8:00pm.  This sumptuous five-course wine dinner created by our talented Chef is priced at HK$990 plus 10% service charge per person.  (No discounts or privileges will be applicable for this dinner).
