Harbour Grill (G/F, Harbour Grand Kowloon) and Watson's Wine Wholesale will stage a four-course wine dinner on Friday, 19th March, 2010, taking guests on a sensory adventure.
The dinner will include a presentation by wine expert from d’Arenberg, one of most significant wineries in McLaren Vale appellation of Australia: Mr. Ric Anderson, General Manager of the estate.
Each item on the menu is matched with a wine that brings to the palate a blossoming experience of exquisite flavours elevated by beautifully crafted wines.
The dinner will commence at 7:30pm. Four-course delicate wine dinner created by our Executive Chef Cesare Romani and is attractively priced at HK$680 plus 10% service charge per person. (No discounts or privileges will be applicable for this dinner).
