Harbour Grill (G/F, Harbour Grand Kowloon) and Watson's Wine Wholesale will stage a six-course wine dinner on Thursday, 27th May 2010 taking guests on a sensory adventure.
The dinner will include a presentation by wine expert from Château Montrose, one of most significant wineries in Bordeaux appellation of France: Mr. Nicolas Glumineau, the Technical Director of the estate.Each item on the menu is matched with a wine that brings to the palate a blossoming experience of exquisite flavours elevated by beautifully crafted wines.
The dinner will commence at 7:30pm. Six-course delicate wine dinner created by our talented chef and is attractively priced at HK$1,580 plus 10% service charge per person. (No discounts or privileges will be applicable for this dinner).
