A Sojourn through Bordeaux: Château Clerc Milon & d’Armailhac Wine Dinner
Hong Kong, 16 September, 2011 – Harbour Grand Kowloon’s Harbour Grill together with Watson’s Wine Wholesale will stage a five-course wine dinner on Thursday October 27, 2011 in association with Château Clerc Milon and d’Armailhac.
Mr Erwan Le Brozec, Assistant Manager of the winery will be in Hong Kong to share his experience and expertise. Our Executive Chef, Marc Toutain has prepared a tantalising five-course menu to accompany each wine. Each item on the menu is matched with a wine to bring out the full flavour and allow you to appreciate the exquisiteness and depth of the beautifully crafted selection.
Château Clerc Milon & d’Armailhac
To make the world’s finest wines has been the vision and focus of Baron Philippe de Rothschild SA since 1933. Located at Pauillac in the Médoc, the winery has had undisputed success and has made an art form of blending - which it practises with exceptional skill. Each wine is made to perfection in its own category and the Château Clerc Milon and Château d'Armailhac are no exception.
The evening will commence with a cocktail reception at 7:30pm followed by dinner at 8:00pm. This sumptuous five-course wine dinner created especially for the evening is priced at HK$1,020 plus 10% service charge per person. (No discounts or privileges will be applicable for this dinner).
