Harbour Grand Hong Kong announced that its Nagomi Japanese Restaurant has won the ‘Best-ever Dining Awards’ presented by Weekend Weekly.  This is the sixth recognition won by the Hotel since its opening a year ago.

“What an exciting year it has been for Harbour Grand Hong Kong.  Interestingly, all the while we have been striving for perfection, awards however, were the last thing in our minds,” smiled Benedict Chow, the Hotel’s General Manager.

“We are laying the foundation for a bright future.  My sincere thanks to our team of dedicated professionals who will no doubt continue to make guest’s every single visit a memorable one.  This begins our tradition.  And we hope to pass this on.”

Harbour Grand Hong Kong has attained six awards since its opening in June last year. These include:

 

  • Best New City Hotel 2009 by TTG Asia Media Pte Ltd.
  • Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge included in Hong Kong Tatler’s “Hong Kong’s Best Restaurant 2010”
  • Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge and Harbour Grand Café awarded the U Favourite Awards 2010 by U Magazine – Best View Restaurant and Best Rising Star
  • Selected as the Best Executive Suites and Best Executive Club Lounge by Hurun Presidential Awards Hong Kong 2010
  • Nagomi Japanese Restaurant awarded the “Best-ever Dining Awards” in the Japanese Cuisine category by Weekend Weekly

The winners of these awards are all selected by guests and professionals. Widely recognized by China’s high net worth individuals, Hurun Report and the Presidential Awards Hong Kong are the witnesses of phenomenal performance of top hotels in the city. It is also the Hotel’s greatest honour to attain the TTG Travel Awards among all outstanding competitors from the Asia Pacific region.

Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge, with the stunning Hong Kong skyline decorating the restaurant on three sides and exquisite modern European cuisine it provides, has earned the loyalty of many business and leisure diners.  It was also chosen by Hong Kong Tatler as one of the Hong Kong’s Best Restaurants in 2010.

The other two restaurants in the Hotel are also loved by local guests with their uniqueness, like the 80-foot-long buffet station in Harbour Grand Cafe and the intimacy offered by Nagomi Japanese Restaurant.  Both restaurants are recognized by local popular food magazines, U Magazine and Weekend Weekly.
