(香港、2012年4月21日) ハーバーグランド香港は、4月21日(土)午前2:40に、屋上LCDスクリーン(電光掲示板)を発火元とする今回の火災に関し、1人のお客様が呼吸困難のためによる救急車による病院の搬送及び宿泊客に多大なるご迷惑を掛けたことに関して、深く陳謝した。 またハーバーグランド香港の総支配人ベネディクト・チャウ氏は、消防局(FSD)により午前6:45に鎮火し、最小限の被害にとどめられた事に感謝の意を、あわせて表明している。 またチャウ氏は、消防局(FSD)の協力の下、今回の火災事故原因の究明と今後の再発防止に向けて全力を挙げること誓った。 チャウ氏によると、発火後すぐに消防局(FSD)に出動を要請、火災報知器が作動したとのこと。また消防法のガイドラインに沿って、火災報知器は火災の発生した階の下1階と上2階が鳴る仕組みになっていることに関しても言及した。今回の火災は、屋上階42階で発生しているため、41階と42階の非常ベルが作動したとのこと。… 詳細
