Premium Seafood Indulgence at Harbour Grand Hong Kong

Harbour Grand Hong Kong is offering guests exquisite seafood dining promotions in its five chic outlets in January and February.
Featuring the seasonal Kanburi and Sawara as the protagonists, Chef Sato at Nagomi has specially created an eight-course set dinner menu in January and February respectively, showcasing the elaborate uses of Kanburi and Sawara. From Braised Kanburi with Raddish, Kanburi Sushi, to Sawara Sashimi, Braised Sawara, gourmets can savour the tastes nowhere else provides in town. “Kanburi stores fats inside the body during the winter time, the juicy flesh makes it a perfect reason to indulge in to start a new year” said Chef Sato.
Guests could also choose to savour the authentic Japanese Shabu Shabu, with the menu including exotic Monkfish Liver Sashimi, Japanese Sea Bream and Wagyu Beef from Australia. The set menu, priced at HK$938 per person, is available from January to February.
Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge, the signature modern European dining venue of the hotel, is serving delectable French blue lobster and Australian lobster. Our experienced Executive Chef Jeno Friedl has meticulously prepared six dishes for gourmets, including French Blue Lobster with Tomato Jelly, Micro Herbs Green Pea, Seared Australian Main Lobster with Beluga Lentils, Morel Mushroom and Jerusalem Artichoke. All are simple yet laced with different aromas.
The specially prepared king crab promotional dishes at Harbour Grand Café against the backdrop of the stunning harbour view are sure to delight guests. From King Crab Dim Sum, King Crab Sushi to King Crab Ravioli we have it all, making crab-lovers drool at the first sights.
For those fancying outdoor, the specially arranged BBQ at Lobby Lounge alfresco is the must-try city BBQ. We offer a wide selection of the appetizing salad bar, sumptuous grilled items, side dishes and tempting desserts. Up to eight types of winter drinks are also served with flair of warm atmosphere.
The luxurious Cantonese fortune dishes are the perfect choices to welcome a promising New Year, including but not limited to Braised Superior Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Roe and Sautéed Lobster with Pine Nuts and Broccoli. A culinary and visual feast, at Kwan Cheuk Heen.
