Our dedicated Meetings and Incentive team will provide your group with a high level of service to guarantee the success of your meeting experience at Harbour Grand Hong Kong.

Full Day Meeting Package

Rates From: HK$580 per person

Offer Includes:

• Usage of a meeting room from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Coffee/tea service provided throughout the meeting

• One coffee break with snacks in the morning
• Choice of Western or Chinese lunch served in the meeting room (subject to venue availability)
• One coffee break with snacks in the afternoon
• Complimentary use of selected audio visual equipment (laser pointer, DVD player, built-in projection screen, built-in PA system)
• Meeting amenities including writing pads, pencils, bottled water, candies and stationery box
• Personalized butler service dedicated for the meeting

Half Day Meeting Package

Rate From: HK$350 per person

• Usage of the meeting room from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• One coffee break with snacks in the morning
• Complimentary use of selected audio visual equipment (laser pointer, DVD player, built-in projection screen, built-in PA system)
• Meeting amenities including writing pads, pencils, bottled water, candies and stationery box
• Personalized butler service dedicated for the meeting

All prices are subject to 10% service charge

• HK$1,300 net for in-house LCD projector
• HK$2,200 net for LCD projector hired from outside
• HK$1,200 net per line for wired or wireless Internet access in the meeting venue
• HK$400 net each for handheld microphone
• HK$100 per person for early bird coffee break with refreshment
• HK$30 per person for Chinese set lunch served in Kwan Cheuk Heen or Buffet Lunch at Harbour Grand Café (applied to full-day meeting package only)
• Beverage during lunch will be charged on consumption basis
• Minimum charge for using a meeting room to be calculated based on the size of the room
• Breakout Room rental available upon request (subject to venue availability)
