Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge

Chef de Cuisine Daniel Birkner will present the refreshing “Berries & Asparagus” menu at Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge from April to June. Creations made with seasonal berries & asparagus, such as Asparagus, Raspberries and Tarragon, Asparagus and Crayfish, Morels and Peas, Crispy Fried Salmon with Local Honey Combs, Marinated Asparagus and Potato, Ballotine of Chicken with Oven Baked Asparagus and Confit Pork Belly, Asparagus Relish and Raspberry Jus will be on offer to entice your appetite.

Kwan Cheuk Heen

Throughout the second quarter of 2014, Chef Ki - Executive Sous Chef - Chinese has prepared a seafood fiesta to satisfy seafood aficionados in different ways. Seafood delicacies including Roasted Sea Eel with Honey and Osmanthus Fragrans, Baked Fresh Abalone with Portuguese Sauce, Oven-baked Fresh Crab with Egg in Clay Pot and more.

 

Nagomi

A seven-course Karei Fish Set Menu is available at Nagomi from April to June. Karei Fish Set Menu features Karei Fish in different cooking methods, including Thin Sliced Karei Fish, Fatty Tuna and Angel Shrimps Sashimi, Braised Karei Fish, Deep-fried Karei Fish, Karei Fish, Ayu Fish and Akagai Sushi, Karei Fish Broth and more.

Harbour Grand Café

Smoked Fish with Horseradish and Pumpernickel, “Layer Salad” with Leek, Ham, Sweet Corn and Cream Sauce, Gratin of Pork Tenderloin, and Boeuf Bourguignon and Coq au Vin and more European cuisine will be showcased in the dinner buffet of Harbour Grand Café from April to June. Your taste buds must be satisfied!
