National Day Firework Night at Harbour Grand Hong Kong

Gifted with a unique view of Victoria Harbour, Harbour Grand Hong Kong, located at the waterfront, will present a series of wining, dining and accommodation packages for firework display enjoyment on the National Day, 1 October 2012.
Firework Room Packages
Staying in our harbourview guestrooms is equal to be away from the crowd and enjoying the firework display in a cozy environment of luxury with loved ones. The National Day Firework Packages include breakfast and dinner at Harbour Grand Café with late check-out. From HK$3,538 for Grand Deluxe Harbour View Room.
Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge
A restaurant with a view adorned by the sparkling fireworks is no longer too much to ask for. The sumptuous 5-course set dinner, priced at HK$1,388 per person, features Foie Gras Terrine, Watermelon Ceviche – Scallop and Lobster, and 2 choices of main course, Butter Poached Fillet of Cod and Cardamom and Honey Glazed Barberie Duck with Root Vegetables. Savouring the dessert Korean Pepper Strawberry on Brittany Sable and Lemon Yoghurt ice-cream while enjoying the enchanting live music entertainment would be another highlight. Additional HK$500 per person for five glasses of pairing wine.
Kwan Cheuk Heen
Chef Wong Kam Ki has prepared two exquisite set dinner menus to celebrate this festivity. He introduces his signature creation Truffles XO Sauce into his dishes, forming this tempting Steamed King Prawns with Truffles XO Sauce. Other key items include Braised Whole Abalone 6-head with Sea Cucumber in Oyster Sauce, Baked Crab Shell Stuffed with Bird’s Nest and Crab Meat, plus the all-time favourite dessert Glutinous Rice Balls and Osmanthus in Fermented Rice Wine. Set dinner menus from HK$788 per person.
Harbour Grand Café
If one cuisine for such a special evening is not desirable, Dinner Buffet at this almost 6,000 sq.ft restaurant would be the ideal choice. Apart from the must-have seafood, Chef Ronald Lee has gathered together the specialties of German, French and Italian cuisines, with highlights like Foie Gras Duet, Roasted Lamb Leg Provençale Style, and Roasted Pork Knuckles. All other Asian gourmet will carry on too. Dinner buffet priced at HK$688 per adult and HK$388 per child. Patrons can view the fireworks at the poolside next to the restaurant.
The Promenade
All guests can proceed to The Promenade to enjoy the firework display.
