Full Day Meeting Package

From HK$638 per person

Offer Includes:

• Use of a meeting room from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Coffee / tea service provided throughout the meeting
• One coffee break with snacks in the morning and one in the afternoon
• Choice of Western or Chinese lunch served in the same meeting room (subject to venue availability)
• Complimentary use of selected audio visual equipment (laser pointer, DVD player, built-in PA system)
• Meeting amenities including writing pads, pencils, bottled water and candies
• Personalized butler service dedicated for the entire meeting

Half Day Meeting Package

From HK$530 per person

• Use of a meeting room from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• Coffee / tea service provided throughout the meeting
• One coffee break with snacks
• Choice of Western or Chinese lunch served in the same meeting room (subject to venue availability)
• Complimentary use of selected audio visual equipment (laser pointer, DVD player, built-in PA system)
• Meeting amenities including writing pads, pencils, bottled water and candies
• Personalized butler service dedicated for the entire meeting

Your optional privileges

Food and beverages (charge per person)

• HK$100 for additional coffee break with refreshment
• HK$50 for buffet lunch at Harbour Grand Café
• HK$80 for Chinese set lunch served at Kwan Cheuk Heen
• HK$150 for semi-buffet lunch at Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge
• HK$150 for Western set lunch in separate meeting room
• HK$180 for Chinese set lunch in separate meeting room
• HK$240 for buffet lunch in separate meeting room

Audio Visual

• HK$1,200 net per port per day for wired or wireless Internet access in the meeting venue
• HK$1,300 net per set per day for in-house LCD projector & screen
• HK$400 net each for handheld microphone

Terms & Conditions:

• The above packages are valid from 1 January 2012 till 31 December 2012.
• A minimum of 10 persons is required.
• Blackout dates apply.
• All prices are subject to 10% service charge (except charge for audio visual).
