Luxury Firework Night by the Harbourside

On 1st October 2009, Harbour Grand Hong Kong offers a brand new way of enjoying fireworks. Guests can admire the spectacular firework display with the breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour as a backdrop, and dine at one of the hotel’s chic dining venues or private suites.
Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge
On the top floor of this 41-storey luxury hotel, Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge is one of the best places in town to enjoy the sparkling fireworks. Of the 6-course menu, specially designed by our experienced chefs, Seafood Platter promises to delight your palate at the beginning. Alaskan Giant Scallop with black truffle foam, poached quail egg and crispy squid ink rice offers you multiple levels of taste. This lavish dinner is priced at $1,380 per person. For those fancying outdoor and a light treat, Le 188˚ Lounge and Terrace offers cocktail and sparkling wine with canapé. Guests can chill out at a minimum spending of HK$588 from 7:30 pm to 9 pm, and HK$288 after fireworks until 1 am.
Suite Dining & Room Packages
Guests preferring privacy can indulge themselves in one of our elegantly designed guestrooms or suites, and view the spectacular fireworks with the beloved ones, and them alone. In the suites, guests can order Kwan Cheuk Heen Deluxe Set Menu at HK$888 or HK$1,188 per person and instantly enjoy the delicacies prepared by our experienced chef. Alternatively, guest can choose to stay at our hotel with Firework Room Package from HK$1,530 per room per night. A serene and exclusive environment to marvel at the sensational fireworks on top of the illuminated cityscape. Surely an evening of joy.
The Promenade
Enriched by the refreshing sea breeze, the Promenade, located right at the harbourfront, ensures guests an unprecedented experience of viewing the fireworks while enjoying the specially prepared Pun Choi. Made up of more than 15 exquisite ingredients, the Pun Choi offers fresh abalone, fish maw, prawn, sliced garoupa and more. Beverage package with unlimited serving of soft drinks, chilled orange juice and beer for 3 hours is also available. Priced at HK$3,888 for 10-12 guests, this special package is perfect for gathering of 10 to 12 family members and friends. For any booking made before 15 September 2009, a complimentary Roast Whole Suckling Pig will be offered.
Kwan Cheuk Heen
Guests in Kwan Cheuk Heen can also enjoy the panoramic view of the harbour and the dramatic fireworks. Fireworks Set Menus at HK$888 and HK$1,188 per person, including Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Bamboo Piths and Chicken Julienne and Braised Whole Abalone with Goose Web in Oyster Sauce, give guests a luxurious gastronomic and visual treat.
Harbour Grand Café and Salon Rooms
For those who like to sit back and enjoy delicacies from around the world, Harbour Grand Café is the place to be. Offering Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, European dishes and more, the dinner buffet begins at 6.30pm and ends at 10.30pm. Priced at HK$668 per adult and HK$398 per kid. A complimentary abalone will be offered to each full-paying adult.
Lobby Lounge
Barbeque dinner, available at the alfresco, allows guests to savour various grilled delights while admiring the fireworks display in the pleasant garden setting. At HK$498 per person. Selections of beverage package priced at HK$200 will also be offered. With a minimum spending of HK$150, guests can continue the fun and laughter with friends with a wide range of cocktails after the firework display.
