Firework Room Packages
The unbeatable Victoria Harbour view from most floor-to-ceiling windows of Harbour Grand Hong Kong encompasses the undulating cityscape from Central to Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui to Kowloon East, with Lantau Island in-between these two pieces of treasure land. Nothing would be better than appreciating the dazzling fireworks against this backdrop in a cozy guestroom with loved ones. Room package include breakfast buffet and dinner buffet for two at Harbour Grand Café, late check-out till 3 pm and more. Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge
Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge, one of the hottest places to view the 20-minute-long gigantic sparkles in the sky, will prepare a 7-course set dinner priced at HK$1,380 per person for the evening. This includes sampling chef’s creations like Toro Tuna, Gillardeau Oyster, Grilled Australian Rock Lobster and Wagyu Beef Striploin, enchanting live music, plus undoubtedly, the twice-a-year firework display.
Kwan Cheuk Heen
Chef Bobby has prepared plenty of luxurious dishes at Kwan Cheuk Heen for the firework and gourmet goers. Braised Whole Abalone with Goose Web in Oyster Sauce, Baked Crab Shell Stuffed with Bird’s Nest, Braised Ostrich Meat with Chestnut and Water Chestnut and signature Sweetened Almond Cream with Egg White, to name a few. 8-course set dinner menus from HK$688 per person.
Harbour Grand Café
Want to celebrate in a crowd? Harbour Grand Café will definitely be the choice. A lavish buffet selection offers Mediterranean themed fare, freshly shucked oysters, crab legs, lobsters, desserts and 12 flavours of Mövenpick ice-cream. Dinner buffet priced at HK$668 per adult and HK$398 per child.
Viewing Deck and The Promenade
The Viewing Deck on 42/F, usually closed, will specially open on 4 February 2011 evening and offer exclusive access to Le 188˚ patrons and Harbour Club floor guests All guests ordering set dinner or dinner buffet at the abovementioned restaurants on the night can proceed to The Promenade to enjoy the firework display.
