Expressing love may not be easy by words. Harbour Grand Hong Kong has prepared ways for sons and daughters to reveal their earnest love to moms on 13 May 2012, the day for all great moms.

A plethora of gastronomic delights has been orchestrated by talented chefs of the Hotel, with moms and family love in their heads, and mothers will receive a Crabtree & Evelyn gift set when dining at specified restaurants on 13 May 2012:

Sumptuous and nourishing set menus will surely spoil moms. Dishes are designed to rejuvenate skins and revitalize bodies: Braised Shark’s Fin with Fish Maw and Shredded Chicken, Baked Crab Shell Stuffed with Bird’s Nest and Crab Meat, Braised Sliced Abalone with Goose Webs and Vegetables, Fried Rice with Seafood and Diced Ginger… Set menu for 2-4 persons, 4-6 persons and 8-12 persons are available for selection, from HK$388 only.

Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge

Pamper mommies with palatable dishes and captivating panoramic harbour view at Le 188°. Chef Eric has specially created a 4-course set menu including Oak-smoked Salmon Tartare, Brioche, Apple and Fennel, Slow Cooked Bacalao, Clams, Mussels, Octopus, Tomatoes with Garlic…

Matthieu Godard, Hotel’s mastermind on pastry, has meticulously prepared a lovely dessert, Strawberry & Rose Water Mousse, White Chocolate Ice-cream, to round up the meal perfectly. 4-Course set menu at HK$608 per person.
