East Asian Games Opening Ceremony-Luxury Firework Night by the Harbourside

Harbour Grand Hong Kong will present to guests another unforgettable firework night on 5th December 2009. Guests can admire the firework display with the stunning views of Victoria Harbour as a backdrop, and dine at one of the most chic and reputable restaurants in town.
Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows on 3 sides, Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge provides unobstructed harbour views for every table, which is no doubt one of the best places in town to experience the dazzling firework display. Our young talented chefs have prepared a 5-course set dinner menu, including Pan-fried Foie Gras with Port Wine Emulsion, Pear Jelly and Crispy Brioche, Low Temperature Cooked Wild Sea Bass with Citrus Braised Abalone, Jerusalem Artichoke and Tomato Compote and more. This sumptuous dinner is priced at HK$988 per person.
Le 188° Terrace and Viewing Deck on the rooftop of the hotel allows guests to enjoy a relaxing evening in an outdoor area while viewing the spectacular fireworks. Two standard drinks at HK$388 per person from 8:30 pm to 10 pm will be offered.
The Promenade, located at the harbourfront, is the right place for those fancying gathering of 10 to 12 family members and friends. The specially prepared Pun Choi dinner priced at HK$3,888 per table, together with the dramatic fireworks, gives guests a luxurious gastronomic and visual treat with a touch of the autumn breeze. For any booking made before 25 November 2009, a complimentary Roast Whole Suckling Pig will be offered.
Guests in Kwan Cheuk Heen can also admire the firework display in the exquisite restaurant setting. Firework Set Menus at HK$688 and HK$888 per person, including Steamed Sliced Spotted Garoupa with Black Truffle on a Bed of Steamed Egg White and Baked Sea Whelk Stuffed with Fresh Crab Meat, bring guests an exceptional experience in Chinese dining.
Offering Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, European dishes and more, the dinner buffet at Harbour Grand Café begins at 6.30 pm and ends at 10.30 pm. Priced at HK$568 per adult and HK$398 per kid, the dinner buffet promises to tantalize everyone’s taste buds. A complimentary abalone will be offered to each full-paying adult.
