Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows on 3 sides, Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge offers a 188-degree harbour view from the very top of Harbour Grand Hong Kong. Savour modern European cuisine and seafood delights from our Oyster Bar in a romantic, intimate environment. Live music spices up the ambience every evening: Sun – Thur: 7 – 11 pm; public holiday eves, Fri & Sat: 7:30 pm – 11:30 pm.
Dress code: Smart casual (For male: no shorts, open- toed shoes and sleeveless shirt)
Children below 12 years old will not be entertained (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, during lunch hours, from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm).

A4 Kobe beef, M8 Australian Wagyu beef, US Prime beef, US Angus and Angus beef and Canada Prime beef from around the globe will be featured in Le 188˚. To preserve Kobe beef’s originality, simple is the best. This is why appetizer Japanese A4 Kobe Beef Tartar with Horseradish Jelly and Crispy Garlic Chips can be an exciting starting point. US Prime steak, being the highest quality beef, reflects its ultimate tenderness, juiciness and flavour. Chef has handpicked the best combination of marbling and maturity for his creations. More steaks from Australia and Canada are also available for guests to sample from April to June. For healthy appetizers, take advantage of the fab array of fresh items at the Salad Bar.
Abalone, lobster, geoduck, crab, razor clam and more fresh seafood will be showcased at Kwan Cheuk Heen. Executive Sous Chef Wong Kam Ki has selected the right size of the fresh local lobster for this exhilarating Steamed Lobster with Supreme Truffles XO Sauce. The aroma of the homemade Supreme Truffles XO Sauce enhances the flavour of lobster. Streamed Crab with Egg White and Hua Diao is another highlight of the menu. All are available from April to June.
Harbour Grand Café’s dinner buffet will present Latin American delicacies from April to June. Oaxaca Coffee Bean Braised Pork Loin, Baked Mexican Cheese with Black Bean Paste, Alfajores…more than 20 authentic Latin American dishes are available for gourmets to enjoy. Buy 3 get 1 free for Sol Beer
