A blessed Christmas begins as Harbour Grand Hong Kong presents a host of appealing menus in restaurants with choir performances for a crystal Christmas this year.

 

 

 

A sparkling Christmas tree will welcome guests in the magnificent lobby from 1 December. Songs of praise and exultation will be performed by school students in the evening of 24th and 25th December. It is rejoicing to listen to the streams of praise while savouring a plethora of dishes our chefs fashioned for this festivity in our restaurants.

 

 

 

 

 

Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge

 

 

 

An alluring 7-course set dinner on Christmas Eve boasts Boston Lobster with Mashed Potatoes, Iberico flakes, Garden Peas and Champagne Sabayon and Open Ravioli of Scallop Vongole Sauce and A Touch of Oscietra. The former takes the flavour of champagne sabayon to complement the freshness of lobster meat while the latter seals the juicy scallop inside the ravioli with a touch of Oscietra. Guests can choose Fillet of Dover Sole Stuffed with Prawns and Tarragon Crust, Watercress and Oyster Jus for the main. HK$1,528 per person.

 

 

 

On Christmas Day, at HK$1,188 per person, guests are offered a 6-course set dinner that includes specials like Breast of Pigeon De Bresse Stuffed with Foie Gras in Chard Leaf, Roasted thighs with Black Truffles and Mascarpone, Bay Leaf Jus, and Pan-seared Fillet of Wild Seabass with Textures of Garlic, Yabbies and Bouillabaisse Sauce.

 

 

 

Fresh Scallops and Seasonal Truffles Mashed Potatoes Served with Chicken and Celery Foam and Fillet of Venison with Savoy Cabbage Chou Croute, Glazed Root Vegetables, Black Trumpets and Juniper Crumble are what guests will be fully satisfied for their New Year’s Eve celebration over this 7-course set dinner menu. The richness of foie gras combined with the pungent ginger in this Homemade Terrine of Foie Gras in Ginger Jelly, Jerusalem Artichoke and Stewed Figs served with Brioche is surprisingly harmonious in taste. A desirable choice to kick off a new year. HK$1,888 per person. Five glasses of pairing wine at additional charge of HK$500 per person.

Along the 80-foot long buffet station, an extensive selection of gourmet is prepared. All-time-favouriste like Christmas Yule Log and Christmas Turkey shall be there awaiting adults and kids for a fantastic festive party.
