Crystal Christmas at Harbour Grand Hong Kong

A genuine celebration of Christmas commences as Harbour Grand Hong Kong introduces a host of chic and appealing menus in restaurants and alluring room packages with handbell and choir performances for a crystal Christmas this year.

A prelude to the expanse of jubilation is the glittering Christmas tree that welcomes guests in the magnificent lobby from 1 December. Songs of praise and exultation by an award-winning group, Christian Alliance S.Y.Yeh Memorial Primary School Choir and Handbell Team, will fill the Swarovski-adorned lobby in the evening of 24th and 25th December. Echoing the streams of praise are the plethora of dishes fashioned for the festivity in our restaurants and lounges.

An exquisite 7-course set dinner on Christmas Eve boasts the golden Light Curry Crab Bisque and Pan-seared John Dory. The former takes the flavour of curry to complement the freshness of crab meat while the latter seals the juicy ocean zest of John Dory with a touch from the earth – porcini mushrooms. Guests can choose Grilled Australian Wagyu Beef M9 Striploin for the main. HK$1,488 per person.

On Christmas Day, at HK$1,088 per person, guests are offered a 6-course set dinner that includes delights like Foie Gras Terrine, Crusted Scallop, and Poached French Turbot with Cabbage, Beetroot Puree, Saffron Cream Sauce.

Abalone Salad, Warm Lobster with Globus Artichoke, Vanilla Butter Foam, Dover Sole or Grilled Veal Chop are what guests could not resist for their New Year’s Eve celebration over this 7-course set dinner menu. A triumphant creation is this cone-shaped dessert – Golden Chocolate Trilogy. It comes with kumquats, raspberry jelly and pecan. Sweet and sour. Nicely balanced. A desirable choice to kick off a new year. HK$1,688 per person.

Along the 80-foot long buffet station, there prepared an extensive range of delicacies. Must-haves like Christmas Yule Log, Christmas English Sherry Trifle, Traditional German Christmas Kugelhopf, and of course Christmas Turkey shall be there awaiting adults and kids for great festive parties.

Dinner Buffet from HK$568 per adult and HK$448 per kid. To accompany the gastronomic extravaganza, beverage package would be a good choice. From HK$60 per person.

Who says a sumptuous Christmas feast must be Western food? Crispy Peking Duck, skin-refining Shark’s Fin Soup, collagen-rich Abalone with Goose Webs, in addition to an abundance of nourishing and healthy Chinese selections. Set dinner menus good for 2 to 12 persons. From HK$338 per person.

Christmas & New Year’s Eve Room Packages

Beautiful moment is always too swift. Extend it and enjoy it to the fullest with the beloved ones by staying in one of the harbour view rooms. Sipping on a glass of Champagne by the outdoor heated swimming pool, gazing at the galaxy above with the beloved, or simply leaning on a couch and engrossed by the shimmering skyline outside the room windows…just a glance of a serene stay one could experience.
