Head Chef S.K. Shih has picked a handful of exquisite ingredients for the preparation of this 4-course set dinner up on the 41/F. Composed of foie gras terrine, tuna, barramundi and U.S. beef, this set menu is a reflection of creativity and luxury: French Duck Foie Gras Terrine with Trio Flavours – Black Olive, Almond and Beet Root, Seared Tuna Fillet with Garden Peas, Black Caviar and Pancetta Foam, Pan-fried Barramundi Fillet with Sautéed Artichoke, Tomato and Fresh Shrimp Mousse, Char-grilled U.S. Beef Striploin with Spinach Ravioli, Beef Jus and Blue Cheese Chips and more. To be sure dad’s favourites are on the menu and yet there might be too much, Harbour Grand Café’s lunch and dinner buffets may serve well here. Along the 80-feet-long buffet table lines up a myriad of food items, from Chinese and Thai to Japanese and Indian, plus loads of fresh oysters, lobsters and other seafood dishes. The all-time-favourite Mövenpick ice-cream continues to entice adults and kids with 12 flavours, one of the most selections in hotel in town. Lunch buffet at HK$348 for adults and HK$258 for kids, and dinner at HK$538 for adults and HK$338 for kids.
The final sweet treat can be selected from Harbour Grand Café’s cake counter: Father’s “Cigar” - Presented in a cigar shape by using coffee and chocolates, this specially made cake will surely allure fathers, even those without sweet-teeth.
The mood in the air at Harbour Grand Café is livened up with live music in the evening, from 7:15 pm to 10 pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
