Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge

Chef Keung, Head Chef of Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge, has created a 6-couse set dinner to go with magnificent sparkles in the sky. Priced at HK$1,588 per person, it includes chef’s creations like Crab Meat Tomato Salad, Chicken Meat and Langoustine Spring Roll, Cod Fish Roulade and Sesame Cheese Cake. Guests can also indulge themselves in the entrancing live music. It is an audio-visual-sensual satisfaction in one go. Additional HK$500 per person for five glasses of pairing wine.

Kwan Cheuk Heen

Kick off the prosperous year with the superb set dinner menus prepared by the talented chefs. Braised Whole Abalone with Shark’s Fin, Braised Half Lobster with Winter Melon and Pumpkin in Supreme Soup, Sautéed Prawns with Garlic, Spring Onion and Supreme Soya Sauce and more. Exquisite enough to satisfy your appetite and healthy enough for your health. Set dinner menus from HK$788 per person.

Wanted to celebrate the Year of Snake with the stunning fireworks and a wide range of sumptuous dishes to choose from? Harbour Grand Café, a spacious restaurant with the floor-to-ceiling window on three sides, is definitely a good choice. Australian Wagyu beef and Japanese Kurobuta on the 80-foot long buffet counter will be gourmets’ choice. Mini Wagyu Beef and Foie Gras Burger, Wagyu Beef Bolognaise Stuffed in Jumbo Tube Pasta, Kurobuta Shabu Shabu, Kurobuta Piccata – Wasabi and more. The 12 flavours of Mövenpick ice-cream should not be missed. Dinner buffet priced at HK$788 per adult and HK$428 per child.
